SALE OF BUSINESS
If the business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business and your agreement will still stand.
Agreements
Our agreements and contracts are all made verbally by phone. By disclosing your payment details and or paying for a service you are accepting that you have read and understood these terms and conditions set out. If you disclose your payment details to secure the service then you are committed to purchasing the service. Our agreements are not subject to a cooling off period.
Your agreement with us runs for 12 months from the date paid. You may on the 9th month serve us with 90 days written notice to not renew your account, if we do not receive written notice we will renew your service for a further 12 months (this can happen at any point within the 90 days, if we receive written notice and have already renewed the service all monies will be refunded at our earliest convenience) - Key Search Ltd at any time are given the right to terminate your agreement with us (us being the company Key Search Ltd) at any time without notice. You also may termite your agreement with us at anytime with written notice, if you do decide to cancel no paid moneys will be refunded.
In some or certain cases we will or may require the sites "FTP" user name and passwords or the administration / password for the site to gain access to add in keywords and if required any "seo" "search engineering" "search engine optimisation" work in order to obtain rankings on the search engines. If we do not receive these details within the requested 20 working day timescale, Key Search Ltd reserves the right to terminate the agreement and retain payment. Your website may be registered on some b2b (business to business) directories in order to achieve and create the rankings.
Work on your website if required will be carried out no later than 20 working days of receiving your passwords / control panel password etc.
By Key Search Ltd achieving a front page ranking (whether it be in the natural listings or on Pay Per Click Sponsored Listings) on a major search engine for the agreed keywords or phrases - then we have achieved our guarantee and our service is fulfilled.
Our MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is based upon achieving a first page ranking for your keywords or phrases within 60 days of signing up for our service. We cannot commence our submissions until we receive your F.T.P details, so it is in your best interest to supply us with these details at your earliest convenience. (Please note that we need to receive payment in full and must receive your F.T.P details on the day of purchase for you to be eligible.)
